Konami Brings Magical Magic to DS
Konami announced today the development of Little Magician’s Magic Adventure for the Nintendo DS. The game combines RPG action and simulation elements. As the name suggests, players take on the role of a young magician attending the Magic Academy. Action will occur in real-time at the academy where players will attend classes, master spells and abilities, and form bonds. Bonds can be formed with any of the 150 characters in the game and the choices players make will affect what abilities they learn and what adventures are opened up to them. In addition, every week the young magicians will be tested, and the way players choose to complete the game’s 52 quests will also affect how the story plays out.
The game will be playable with a friend via Wi-Fi, and chatting with others players will be available via the “global magic alphabet.” Little Magician’s Magic Adventure is due out in February 2009.
