Mistwalker seems to be playing it safe after poor sales for their latest DS game, ASH. They’ve announced further delays in the release of Blue Dragon Plus for the Nintendo DS. Originally, the game was due out in Japan in March, but has now been delayed until September 4.

Blue Dragon Plus takes place one year after events of Blue Dragon for the Xbox 360 and features much of the same cast. It will take the form of a real-time strategy RPG. So far there’s been no word on a North American release.
