There’s rarely a shortage of quirky news coming out of Japan and this week is no exception. In a bizarre twist, Nippon Ichi has announced that the Prinnies of Disgaea fame will be stealing the spotlight in an upcoming PSP game. “Ore ga shujinkou de iinsuka!”, which roughly translates as “Is it okay for me to be the main character, dood?!”, features 2D characters and 3D backgrounds. It seems that other Disgaea characters will be making appearances, as the first images in Famitsu magazine also feature Etna. Judging by the scans, though, it looks like the game may be an action title rather than an RPG. It’s due out in Japan on November 20 for 5229 yen.
