Bioware Arms Mass Effect 2 With More Free DLC
Bioware announced today on its forums that it will be releasing new free DLC for Mass Effect 2 on PC and Xbox 360 tomorrow at 12:00pm Mountain Standard time.
The DLC consists of a set of armor and a shotgun. According to Bioware, the Cerberus Assault Armor “is designed for shock troops, turn the tide of battle against creatures or forces that would decimate normal soldiers.” It increases heavy weapon ammo capacity, shields, and health. The M-22a Eviscerator Shotgun “is a longer-range shotgun with armor-piercing loads.” Both pieces could prove useful in Shepard’s fight against the Collectors.
The downloads are available for free only via the Cerberus Network. Please be aware that any emails from Batarian traders offering DLC transactions outside of Council official activities are scams.
