Famistu has revealed some details for those curious about World Destruction, the upcoming DS game. As already announced, the game will revolve around Kirie and Molte, both of whom have recently been recruited by the World Destruction Organization, a group bent on (surprise, surprise) destroying the world, which has come to be ruled by beastmen who use humans as livestock. Yet the WDO is not the only driving force in the world. There is also the World Salvation Oragnization who apposes the WDO, and the Gold Lions, a guerrilla force whose goal is to free humanity.

On a more gameplay related note, it’s also been revealed that players will be able to choose what voice the characters will have. During the course of the game, players will be able to collect voice-types and these can be assigned to whichever character they choose.

As of April, World Destruction was reportedly more than 70% complete. The finished product should hit Japanese store shelves this summer.
